Bread upma
Description:
Bread upma is a very suitable breakfast in India. These dishes differ from each other mainly because of the use of spices, vegetables and fruits that are available locally.
6 Bread Slices
1 Teaspoon Ghee
2 Teaspoon Qil
1/2 Teaspoon Mustrad Seeds
1/2 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
Curry Leaves
1 Teaspoon Ginger,Gratef
1 Big Onion,Choopped
1 Green Chili,Slot
Vegetables, Pressure Cooker
1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric Power
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper Powder
1/2 Tablespoon Tomato Sauce
Salt
Coriander Leaves
Steps:
1. chop bread into bite sized cube
2. saute 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
curry leaves
1 tsp greated ginger
3. after mixing well add chopped onions and 1 green chilli, saute until translucent
4. add cooked vegetables and saute for 2 mins.
5. add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tbsp tomato sauce
salt
6. lastly add the chopped bread and stir until well mixed
7. Serving in a bowl and sprinkle with coriander leaves.
8. enjoy the breakfast !
